Jeff Suhr

Jeff is the founding pastor of New Life. He was born and raised in Southern California, receiving his B.A. in History from U.C. San Diego. He graduated from Westminster Seminary California in 2002 (M. Div) and has been involved in pastoral ministry for over 25 years, serving in various churches in San Diego, Burbank, and Fullerton. In 2011, Jeff felt called to plant a multi-ethnic, Gospel-centered church which eventually became New Life Church of Irvine. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. 

Jeff and his wife Helen have been married for 20+ years and are blessed with three kids. He is an avid soccer player who enjoys tinkering with the piano, spending time with friends, and rooting for his beloved Dodgers.
